Look for FSC Certified Products
The FSC certificate is a standard to establish responsible management protocols. The Chain of Custody (CoC) includes each stage of sourcing, processing, trading, and distribution where progress to the next stage of the supply chain involves a change of product ownership.
Any change of ownership in the supply chain of FSC-certified products requires the establishment of
effective CoC management systems from that firm and their verification by an independent FSC-accredited certification body.
FSC certification of such management systems is designed to provide a credible assurance that products which are sold with an FSC claim originate from well-managed forests, controlled sources, reclaimed materials, or a mixture of these. Selecting FSC Certified wood products thereby promotes stakeholders committed to responsible harvesting.

All imported lumber offered by Untreated Wood Products, Inc. is verified to be of legal and sustainable harvest through a transparent chain of custody, and importer of record.
All materials guaranteed to be manufactured and imported in strict accordance with the laws and regulations outlined by the Country of Origin, the United States of America Customs and Border Protection, The United States Department of Agriculture, The Animal Plant Health Inspection Service, and in full compliance with the 2008 Lacey Act.
